How it works
Three steps. No code, no CSV surgery, no waiting on support.
Paste your API key
Grab your key from Instantly → Settings → API and paste it into ReplyVault. It's stored only in your browser. Requires an Instantly plan with API access — currently Hypergrowth and above.
Pick what to export
Whole Unibox, or filter by campaign, date range and direction (replies only, sent only). Choose CSV or JSON.
Download your file
Live progress with pause/resume — safe even if the tab closes. Excel-ready CSV with proper UTF-8, or clean JSON.
Built so we never see your data
Cold-email data is client data. The architecture makes the promise for us.
Your API key and emails go only to Instantly
The extension calls Instantly's API directly from your browser over HTTPS — that's the only way to fetch your own mail, and it's the only place your key ever goes.
We operate no servers, no proxy, and no analytics. Nothing about you, your key, or your emails is ever sent to us or any third party. The only other network call the extension can make is a license-key check against Polar.sh, our payment provider — and that carries the license key alone. Full details in the privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions
Can you export emails from the Instantly Unibox?
Instantly has no built-in bulk export for the Unibox. ReplyVault uses your own Instantly API key to export every email and reply across all campaigns to CSV or JSON, straight from your browser.
Does my API key or email data go through ReplyVault's servers?
No. ReplyVault runs no servers. The extension talks directly to Instantly's API from your browser over HTTPS. Your key and emails go only to Instantly — we receive nothing, and there is no telemetry.
How long does an Instantly Unibox export take?
Instantly's email API allows 20 requests per minute (about 2,000 emails per minute). A 50,000-email Unibox takes roughly 25 minutes. ReplyVault paces itself automatically, shows live progress, and can pause and resume — even if the tab closes.
Is there a free version?
Yes — the free tier exports your newest 200 emails, no license key needed. A one-time $49 license unlocks unlimited exports.
What fields are in the export?
Timestamp, direction (sent/received), campaign ID and name, from, to, cc, subject, plain-text body, HTML body, thread ID, message ID and sending account — in RFC 4180 CSV (Excel-ready, UTF-8 BOM) or JSON.
Which Instantly plan do I need?
A plan that includes API access — currently Hypergrowth and above. Growth and trial accounts can't generate the v2 API keys ReplyVault needs.
I'm on the Growth plan — can I still use ReplyVault?
Not yet. Instantly doesn't offer API access on your tier, so ReplyVault can't connect. Email support@reply-vault.com and we'll notify you if a no-API version ships.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome and Edge (any Chromium browser that supports Manifest V3 extensions).
